Hello there. This blog is for Human Resources professionals who need to confess something that they did and get it off their chest. It is simply for that. Did your boss tell you something to do that you felt was wrong? Did you get back at someone out of spite or revenge? Did someone do something really stupid at work? Hi. I need to ask someone about a delicate HR matter. I'm a journalist working on a story trying to figure out why someone would fire an employee who had been injured on the job. First they promise the guy they will keep him on and pay all medical expenses, and then they try to drive him out six months later. Can someone in HR out there explain why this would happen? I don't need to quote anyone, just curious, as it has happened so often...
